Taking oral contraceptives in a different time zone.
Patient : Hello doctor,
I am a Canadian citizen living in Manitoba. I will be travelling to South Korea, which is 13 hours ahead of me time-wise. If I take my birth control pill at 12:00 pm in Manitoba, would I have to set an alarm and wake up at 3:00 AM in Korea in order to be protected, or is there some other way I can take my pill so that I do not have to wake up in the middle of the night?
