Teen back pain and joint issues

Patient : My daughter is 16 and is suffering from back pain. She has persistant pain through her spine. She has also had issues with her knees (having been diagnosed with runner's knee), her jaw (severe TMJ), and her elbow. When she was 5 she endured a year of chemotherapy for the diagnosis of Langerhan's cell hystiocytosis, which began in her humerus, and affected her spine, her skull and her lungs. Could her joint issues be connected to either her disease or the chemotherapy treatments?
