Tests, hanging out with people and the idea of dying give me panic attacks. do I need a doctor?
Patient : I have panic attacks when I'm taking a test and one caused me to cry through the first ten minutes of my ACT exam. They also occur when I think about hanging out with someone who isn't a very close friend of mine. I usually end up staying home because of this. And at night, if I think of dying, I have a short one that will leave me rattled and awake for hours. Should I tell someone or is this normal teenage anxiety?
