Tests show nothing wrong but my condition is real

Patient

Q: My grandmother is currently 74. She is diabetic. For the past few months she has been having constant diarrhea, as frequent as 5-6 times per day. She also got an infection in the kidney which caused constant urination but doses of antibiotics cleared it up. The diarrhea eased a bit but the doctor had her do the Barium Enema, an Ultrasound and blood tests which showed everything was in good order. Lately, however the diarrhea has come back and her feet are now weak an she herself and also her hands. She did another blood test and an x-ray. We are awaiting the results. What are your thoughts?

Symptoms:  Weakness, diarrhea, loss of appetite
