Tetanus Shot Self Application Issues

Patient

Q: Hi, Today I stepped on a nail and after removing it I applied Hydrogen peroxide. My problem is I live in the Dominican Republic and I went to the pharmacy and bought a syringe and tetanus liquid. When self injecting the needle and dispensing the liquid, I feel that I may have not penetrated the muscle in my upper left shoulder. Very small amount leaked down my arm, the rest was injected in the fleshy part of my left arm. My concern one is that it was not self applied correctly can I now go to a doctor here and have another injection, and two is injecting into the fleshy part acceptable in preventing a tetanus infection, as well as is there any danger to me that it was not injected into the muscle?

Many thanks for your reply
