The Birth Control Skyla and Second Opinion on Gynecologist.
Patient :I was recently told about the birth control Skyla. I went to a gynecologist because I had missed my period in January so I was refered to a Gynecologist because the pregnancy test came up negative and when I went he said they don't do pap smears on 19 year olds even though I'm sexually active. I want a second opinion on that. Also it says that Skyla causes heavy bleeding, spotting, and irregular periods in the first three to six months but my periods are already heavy and irregular.
