The right emount of calcium


Q: Hi,I am 26 and during all life my diet has a lot of dairy products, such as milk, butter milk, non fat low carb yogurt,low fat pressed cottage cheese. It is just because i like how these products taste. For example, I drink at least a litre of milk a day. Also, a big part of my diet is beef, fish, brown sorts of rise,spices, vegetables and fruits. My weight is 58kg, I am 174cm tall, and i am exercising 1-2 times a week. At the same time,during my life, i broke my bones 4 times,I have low blood pressure,often feel very sleepy or nervious. My skin looks tired and my hair has split ends. Is it something wrong with my diet? My mom recommend me taking supplements for women, such as centrum, but all similar supplements already have lots of calcium,and i dont want to quit having dairy products. I read at few web sites that if there is too much calcium in body it will absorb magnesium, copper and other minerals from body and bones, making them fragile. Also,as i know, calcium prevents ferrum from being absorbed. So what should I do with my diet? Is it ok to take supplements with high amounts of calcium in my case or not?
