Throat, neck, and chest pain after oral sex

Patient : Yesterday, I engaged in oral sex with a male partner. I was holding my breath for long periods of time, bending over, and at some points gagging. An hour later, after I returned home, I began noticing neck pains. Over the next few hours my neck pain became very severe, making it uncomfortable for me to lay down in certain positions. My throat was sore and was hard for me to swallow liquids and food, and my neck was sore. Also, every so often my chest would cramp up and become tight, causing intense pain. What could this be?
Symptoms:  Throat pain, neck soreness, chest pains/cramps
