Thrombophilia travel by plane in pregnancy

Patient : Hello, Please help me with some advice for the following situation: I have a friend who is 11 weeks pregnant. She has thrombophilia and is being treated with aspirin 75mg. In the next period should make a flight out of country. Would like to know what risks she is exposed making this journey. Thrombophilia creates blood clots and she wants to know if there is a possibility to affect the fetus. She is exposed to any danger through this journey. Wait for your advice and thank you in advance for your response. All the best, Claudiu
