Thyriod condition?

Patient : For a couple of months now i have had back pain for about 2 months approx. I have nothing else wrong with me other than the occasional palpatation headache and pinprick spots on m arms. I am A young girl and i tend to worry a lot, i would just like to be reasurred an to know if there is anything wrong, since my parents just think i am a worrier. I have seen that it may be a thyriod condition, what could be the problem?
