Patient : I recently had a strong hormone coil removed as I am planning to have another child. Due to the fact that I suffer with a spinal problem I had an x ray and blood test to see if all was OK for another pregnancy. All was OK except that my TSH was 4.45 instead of 4. My GP said I should not worry and we can repeat the test after 3 months. Is what I was told OK and is it perfectly OK to get pregnant and have another child; or should I wait.
