Thyroid level high and infertility

Patient : Dear Dr, My question is regarding infertility. We are trying for a child since 1 year after a tubular pregnancy followed by an ovary removal. recently a Doctor found thyroid level is high, some 16 whereas limit is 15. I don't know the unit of this value. Is this thyroid level is hindering me from conceiving? i am advised to take Thyronorm 25mg for 6 weeks. All my other tests like HSG and follicle counts were found OK and his sperms tests too found good. Please answer my questions. Thanks
