Tingle and numbness shoots down front of left thigh

Patient : For the past 2 weeks I have been getting a shooting tingle and numbness from my left hip down the front of my left thigh to my knee. I can reproduce it anytime I push. Like when I push to urinate. It will also happen when I stand up from sitting and start walking. There really isn't any pain. Do you have any idea of what this could be caused from or who I should go see? Thank you for your time. Greg Nelson I was going to choose low back pain for the category
