Patient : I started running and eating little amounts of food along with light waight tonning. i went from 145 to 128 in about 1-2 months. but my face lost to much wight. so what can i do to gain waight in only my face but continue loseing waight every were eles.and what can i do about keeping my skin from getting saggy durring my waight loss.
