To whom it may concern....

Patient : I'm curious about some symptoms I've experienced over the past dozen or so years... that has gone undiagnosed for what ever reason. -At least once to twice a year I experience severe pain in my stomach, (lower torso- around and just above my belt line) to the extent that when at the emergency room visits I've been administered morphine... prescription in the past as gotten me addicted to various narcotic drugs... my chiropractor feels a "MRI" is needed and that I may have Crohns, Colitis or some sort of sphincter spasm issue that in turn affects my lower back to throw itself out, as well as sevier reflux, occasional blood in stools and frequent diarrhea so severe its taken the form of a brown water-like substance...
