Patient :Today I thought I was going to be playing soccer on artificial turf, so I wore my turf shoes, but I ended up playing on grass.. I was just playing 1v1 with my friend and he had the ball so I sprinted after him and we both fell, I kind of slipped and immediately cluched my knee it hurt so bad I was crying. I put a knee brace on which helped, but before when I didn't have it on, if I tried to walk normally I couldn't really extend my leg or else it hurt pretty bad. It feels ok now i think it's fine but I still feel like I need to limp a bit. I have soccer games three times this week, and even if it's feeling fine tomorrow, should I just wear the knee brace and let it rest, and play the other games or should I play?
