Toddler refusing to nap

Patient : My 19 month old daughter has started refusing her nap. I'm putting her to bed the same way I always have, but she's taking 2 hours or more to fall asleep. Since 12 months she's been down to one nap a day. She sleeps about 8:30-8:30 at night. We aren't having trouble with her falling asleep at night (she goes down on her own), but nap time is a nightmare! Lately if she does nap, it's not until 5 or 6 at night! How do I fix this? I need her (and she needs) to nap!
