Patient : I have been working out about 6 weeks now and have recently started spin classes where you are constantly up and down while riding the bikes, usually about 10 minutes into my hour long class my feet go numb from my arch to tips of my toes. I sit back down an after a few minutes I can feel them again, then when I stand up next time it happens again. My shoes were tight so I bought new ones that are wider but it still happens every time.
