TORCH test results before marriage.

Q: Hi i just got my pre-marital check up and have some questions about my TORCH results. i only did IgG test not IgM, do i need to do both? based on the tests results, is it ok for me to get pregnant now or do i need some vaccinations or other medication done before i try to get pregnant?

Symptoms:  IgG anti toxoplasma = negatif/0.UI/ml.
IgG anti CMV = reactive/347.0.UA/ml.
IgG anti rubella = reactive/340.5.UI/ml.
HBsAg ultra sensitive = non-reactive/
