Toxoplasmosis positive (IgG and IgM)

Patient

Q: My wife had two toxoplasmosis tests in the 8th week the result were as follows:

Toxoplasma-IgG = 2.0 Iu/ml (positive > 1.1)

Toxoplasma -IgM (ELISA) = 1.2 Iu/ml (positive > 1.1)

At that time the doctor said that she has to start spiramycin as she can infect the baby. We went to another doctor in the 11th week (this week) (adding that she didn't had any further tests; who said that she doesn't have to take spiramycin anymore as since the IgG is high this means that her body is already immuned against the toxoplasmosis. What do you reccomend? should we make any further tests?
Should we stop the medication?

Symptoms:  test results (as mentioned above)
