Transverse Coccyx and Sacrum Injury

Patient : I jumped from a height of 1,2m and fell on my butt lower back and was struck by a rock beneath the sand (24 SEPT 11). The impact was on my right side and so severe that my pants was torn 5cm long. I had instant numbness to the area with a dull ache. Later the same day I had a episode where my hands tingled and my eyes twiched like you find with poeple afflicted with Albinoism. It was for only a minute and has not returned. I had bad bruising and severe pain when I cough or laugh, mainly in my upper coccyx area. If not using pain killers I feel pain radiating up into my sacral area. I cannot sit on a donut cushion - hard or soft surface. Stading up from a sitting position feels like someone is pulling my coccyx apart from all directions.
