Trouble Breathing

Patient

Q: For the last two months i have been feeling like something is constricting my lungs and making it very difficult to breathe. It almost sounds like i am having to clear my throat all day every day. I have went to the doctors office and the ER, they have told me it was my asthma, allergies and a mix. When I went to the ER it was just said that I have allergies with a nasal drip. I was prescribed a new inhaler and some nasal spray. Nothing I try seems to help, what else can I do to help make this go away and what is the cause of this? I feel like if it doesn't go away soon I'm gonna scream!
