Trouble getting pregnant

Patient: I am a 22 year old women, I smoke and drink occasionally. In 2009 I was 4 months pregnant and I lost him. The hospital said I was Rhesus Negative and that my next pregnancy will be a successful one. Only I never smoked before my first pregnancy only after I lost the baby. I’ve been trying since then for a baby and it is so difficult to get pregnant I’m worried I can’t have them as I was sent to theatre to have a operation because the after birth. I just want a baby so much is there anything that could be stopping me or is there any tips you can give me to make me pregnant as soon as possible. Thanks
