Trouble sleeping at night.

Patient

Q: I have trouble sleeping at night. I don't have an insomnia as I can sleep like a baby during the day time. I usually takes me 2 or more hours to(sometimes I can't) fall asleep at night, no matter how tired I am. I've tried staying awake for two straight days but still didn't work.
I did notice that I have low blood pressure(90s-60s) and high pulse(stays more than 98). My temperature also stays a little higher than normal. Sometimes, my blood pressure takes a dip causing me a severe head ache(though this never happens at night). Also, my hands and feet usually break out in cold sweat.
When I can sleep during the day, I stay active else I'm dizzy.
I wonder what's up with me?
