Try to get pregnant

Patient : Hello doctor, i am a 34years old woman and i have a son from 9years old right now.. but my husband and i try to get pregnant..this in my new husband.. but we try for a long time now but i still don't get pregnant.. i do have my periods on almost the same time each month.. so i getting dissepionted when we find out that i'm not pregnant.. we tried it many times.. my fist son is born in 2002 and now with my new husband we would like to have a little child from our own.. i live here in the usa now for 1 year.. so i dont have any insurrance yet or a doctor but i hope that you can help to make our lives compleet! thank you maria
