Patient :I am trying to lose weight, and I've cut down on calories, I've eaten about 715 calories today. I looked up a lot about my body's starvation mode and all that, but I honestly don't want to eat more than 800 calories a day. I exercise and burn up to 150 calories, I want to lose weight and burn fat, last time I cheeked I was 159.1, I'm 5'2, and a female. Any advice?
