Patient: Right ovary measured 4.0×2.5×3.8 cm with an ovarian volume of 19.3cc. There is a cyst identified involving the right ovary measuring 3.6×1.8×3.1cm with is predominantly hypoechoic. what does this mean?

 

 

Symptoms: Pain in the pelvic area
