Tubal pregnancy

Patient

Q: My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for 3 yrs and then in Mar 2009 we finally got pregnant but it was a tubal pregnancy and the Dr. had to remove my left tube, he said that I still had a high percentage of getting pregnant again but here it is 2011 and still hasn't happened, or so I don't think. My period is usually pretty regular and it usually lasts bout 4-5 days, this month it lasts 2 days and for the lasts 6 days I have been spotting but only when I wipe, is this normal? Or is it something I should be concerned about because I haven't had any cramps or anything else?
