Tuesday 11 am ventral time the baby gate we have

Patient

Q: Tuesday 11 am ventral time the baby gate we have in front of the stairs gave in and my 19 month old son fell down six stairs. He cried immediately and then blew me a kiss. The stairs are carpet. He didn't go unconscious, vomit anything the first 24-48 hours. I took him to a doctor yesterday and she said he looked fine. She checked his eyes, his head. After we left and gotten home he laid in the floor for a nap. When I tried to wake him he wouldn't move or react. Should I be very concerned and find a second opinion? Or could it have been where he was just extremely exhausted. The doctor didn't think he needed a cat scan.
