Patient : I'm 16 years old and I had just attended my first tumbling class this weekend. I was really excited. while beginning the class I began to grow dizzy after the many flips that we were doing, which I suppose is to be a given but I was wondering if there was any way to stop the dizziness. after the class I became sick, that might have also been because I had eaten only half an hour before taking the class. maybe I didn't wait long enough for my food to digest? what do I do so I won't be dizzy and sick during every class?
