Twins again?

Patient : I just found out last week at 4 weeks that I'm pregnant. I had twins the first time I was pregnant 14 years ago. I didn't find out or have a clue till I was 20 weeks at the ultrasound. All I remember about the first couple weeks is that I was very tired and was nauseous for 1 day. So far this time I am dizzy or light headed all day, was nauseous for 3 days last week, have been hungrier than usual, peeing all the time, and getting more tired every day. I had the pregnancy education last week when I found out. I don't go back until I'm 12 weeks. I have gained 3 pounds since then. I've been eating healthy. I'm obese already. So I'm just wondering if this normal for a pregnancy with one baby or if my nervousness is getting the better of me by thinking I could be pregnant with twins again.
