Twins with complications

Patient

Q: Hello doctor, we did a scan today at 8 weeks 2 days and it turns out that 1 gs has an embryo (8 to 9 weeks) and the other (5 to 6 weeks) with an irregular wall and small embroynic pole and shows bradycardia. Also 26 * 9 mm subchorionic bleed is noted and 9* 6 mm hypoechoic fibroid is seen in fundic region. I would like to know what do you think are the chances for both the twins to make? If the smaller one does not make will it create problem to another one? With blood clot and fibroid too is the pregnancy considered at high risk? Do you think we can make this a successful pregnancy with atleast one baby?
