Two miscarriages, chance it will happen again

Patient : I have a 3 year old son. In 2010 I had to end a pregnancy at 20 weeks due to a non chromosome issue. In 2011 I had 2 miscarriaage: May, only 5 weeks along. December, at 7 weeks found out it was a blighted ovum. With my family physician I have completed necessary blood work and everything is fine. My dr believes I have experienced bad luck and should continue trying for another baby. Should I be concerned that I have an underlying issue which will cause another pregnancy loss?
