Two small red spots on penis, STD or maybe hygiene related?

Patient

Q: Hi. I recently noticed two small red spots on my penis. They are completely painless and do not itch. One is on the side of my shaft about a half inch below the head and the other on the underside of the shaft near the bottom. They are not really raised or anything. I was wondering if this could possibly be hygiene related, and this is gonna sound gross, but I was away from my house for 3 days and did not change my boxers the whole time. I was also exercising a lot during this time. So I was wondering if this sounds like an STD or if it could possibly be related to bad hygiene and the sweating from exercise? I uploaded a picture of the spot on the side of my penis, my camera is not very high quality so I apologize for that.
