Two week nightly fever with muscle aches

Patient

Q: I have had a fever every night for 2 weeks, ranging from 99.8 to 101.6. I also have muscle and body aches from my neck to my ankles (makes it hard to stand and walk), and a headache that never fully goes away. It usually starts around 4-5 in the evening, and tends to be gone in the morning. I am also always exhausted and cranky. I drink plenty of fluids, and have had no dirrhea or vomotting, no cough or sore throat. I have never been sick like this. Do you have any idea what the cause could be?
