Patient :According to my doctor, I am allergic to wheat, corn, sesame oil or seeds, peanuts or walnuts (all nuts really) soy beans, scallops, shrimp, (any seafood really) . My doctor said its mild to moderate. I was never allergic before. This is recently diagnosed. What can I eat? Everything on labels has soy, wheat, or corn. I am really frustrated.
