Patient : I currently weigh just under 13 stone and have been trying to lose weight for the past year. I regularly exercise and have three hourly sessions per week with a personal trainer. I have also changed my diet and am eating a lot more healthily. However, I have seen no weight loss and even seem to have gained weight. Could there be any reason why I don't seem to be losing any weight?
