Uncertain about the possibility of pregnancy

Patient : Hi doctor, i'm 19 years old, about 117 pounds, 5'5" tall, very active (triathlete), but i usually have regular periods that are fairly weak and last only 2-3 days on average. when i excercise the first or second day, they stop. for the past two weeks i have had a little more or different activity (more intense ab workouts, further distances running, etc.) and have lost weight (between 5 and ten pounds in the last 3 weeks or so). a few other factors: i have been under high emotional stress (relationship-wise and a heavy school load, being a pre-med student myself) lately, and also have had protected sex two weeks ago and on the day i was scheduled to start my period (the 14th). i am so far four days late for my period, and a little worried. how likely is it, given all these factors, that i am pregnant? i have stopped excercising entirely for the past four days, but still no period.
