Uncomfortable vaginal lump

Patient: Hi im 18 and i have a lump on the top wall of my vaginal opening, it has been there for 10 months or possibly longer. The first time i noticed it because it was causing me pain, so i ended up in hospital and the doctors performed a urethral diverticulum on the lump but never said what it was or how it was caused. That was 7 months ago now and the lump doesnt hurt anymore but it is still very visable and uncomfortable, i have also found i suffer with thrush and water infections very often now. I also showed ‘borderline’ on a chlamydia test which is odd. Do you know what this lump could be? I am so scared it is cancer and might be the reason i had a miscarriage 3 months ago? HELP
