Undescended Testicle & Puberty

Patient

Q: Dear Dr,

I was born with an undescended testicle which was never corrected. At age 11 I started puberty, late in my teens it was confirmed that I practically had low testosterone during puberty. When tested, my levels were 400 n/g in the morning and around 300 n/g in the afternoon. My doctor never thought i had low testosterone due to the fact that I had plenty of body hair all over. My penis developed but my testicle didn't grow much. i was also able to grow facial hair but my voice never deepened, my facial structure never changed, and it was always hard for me to gain muscle. while going through puberty I would masturbate daily, could my habit have led me to this consequence? or did my body turn majority of my testosterone into dht to compensate?
