Unexplained Dizziness

Patient

Q: Since November, I've been battling constant dizziness, lightheadedness, and vertigo. I've been to my PCP MANY times... She first thought it was BPV, but she ruled that out after the exercises didn't work. Then she thought it could be my birth control, so we had that changed. No such luck. Well, last week I had a CT scan (because my ears also ring at times, and I have "fullness" in my head. As well as some head aches), but she said it was all clear - which is so weird! I have all the symptoms for acoustic neuroma or Meriene's disease. I didn't want her to find something, but I was hoping that the mystery would be solved, and now I'm beyond frustrated that we are back to where we were in December. I don't know what to do.
