Patient: Starting from last year, I was doing pretty well with my diet, and exercise. I was in my school’s dance squad, I didn’t eat as much junk food, and I went from around 160 lbs to 150 within school year, during the summer, my uncle passed, and I decided to stay with my dad. Instead of sticking to my regular diet plan and exercising, I ended up taking a turn with my diet. As grade 10 came around, I was about 170 lbs. I tried very hard to lose weight, but nothing was working. I also quit dance squad. Now I want to be healthy, but I’m not sure what my diet plan should be, along with what exercises I should do to get myself back on track. I am a 15 yr.old female, 80 kgs and my height is 5’2.
