Patient :I get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. However, it is not always consecutive. I sleep first for about 5 hours, and then I wake up for an hour or two then go back to bed for another 3-4 hours. Is this pattern of sleep unhealthy? I feel like I get enough sleep, I am not tired during the day time.
