Patient : Im 229 pound female trying to lose weight I eat 1200 calories a day and exercise about 700-1000 A day im wondering if I'm supposed to eat.back my calories that.I burn off? That seems counterproductive but people keep telling me that if I don't eat back the calories I buren I will go into starvation mode, my net calories for the day is normally 200-600, should my net calories at the end of the day be 1200? I'm trying to lose 3-4g pounds a week I don't want starvation mode to decrease my weight loss
