Patient :I was diagnosed with right, unilateral hydrosalpinx 6 months ago and was told i would need to have it removed. I previously had an ectopic pregnancy on the right side due to the hydrosalpinx and about 4 miscarriages when i get pregnant on the left side. I started birth control last month but missed a few days and now I'm pregnant again. I am scheduled for blood work today and monday to check HCG levels. Do you believe there is any way that if i conceived on the left side that I would have a healthy, full term pregnancy?
