Uninsured but know I need help.

Patient : I have Degenerative Disk Disease of the Lower Lumbar. The past two days I have had crippling pain in my lower back and now I am experiencing pain in the front of my legs, like where they attach at the hips maybe, but at the tops of both my legs. And I have been having pain in my right upper thigh when I go to climb stairs. My question is this. I don't have any health insurance. Should I go to my ER anyways? Or is their something that I can do?
