Unsure what my Mothers sickness is

Patient : My Mum is 61 and has been in good health all of her life. A couple of months ago she woke up and had lost part of her vision in one eye, not completely, but just blurry, which also hurts for her to look at bright lights and patterns like stripes. She also had trouble balancing and felt dizzy. It is still the same to this day after seeing many doctors and having multiple stroke-related tests done, which all came back with normal results, not confirming that she had a stroke. Recently she has started getting a sharp pain in one side of her head and a constant salty taste in her mouth. Please help!
Symptoms:  Blurry vision, Dizziness, Off balance, Salty mouth, headache
