Patient : My mate who hasn't trained her brain to turn off useless noise while sleeping is complaining about my breathing. I'm 58, male, in basicly good health. After a few hours from going to bed she starts complaining that my breathing sounds like a freight train. An no its not snoring. Becuase I've laid there awake to try to see what she bitching about. I sleep on my right side and am a nose breather. I somethings use a nasal spray to help open my nose because the passages seem to close or swell only at night. The only thing I notice is at night I take a slow inhale breath but exhale it quickly with a rush sound like air being let out of a balloon. Which is how I've always breathed as far as I know. Is it a problem with me or is she out of her mind?
