Upper and mis left back pain

Patient

Q: I have had severe back pain that is getting worse for the last 5 years. It goes from my spine around to my front chest. All my pain is on my left upper or mid back. It is terrible when I wake up in the morning or sitting for long periods but is constant throughout the day. I have had xrays and MRI's that show nothing. I am on pain meds Percocet just so I can get through the day. I just wish I could get a diagnosis so I can go from there. I have tried Physiotherapy, AMS needles, Massage, acupuncture, cortisone needles, chiropractor, sports medicine doctor you name it.
PLEASE HELP
