Upper arm pain ,Muscle pain

Patient

Q: Dear Doctors,
I have this problem with my left upper arm. It does not occur often, only when I position my arm wrongly. The muscle or bone (I am not sure) of my upper arm feels to be moved or dislocated. But when I relax myself and position my arm correctly (which calls for a few trial movements), it corrects itself. If I held my upper arm, I can feel something gliding back into position. The whole process only take about 2minutes or less. There is mild pain in my upper arm after its been relocated. Can it be shoulder dislocation? But I do not feel any pain in the shoulder, just the upper arm. I have been having it for a few years and I have been involved in any serious injuries or broken bones. Thanks in advance!
